Our guest speaker this month is Robert Wiggins. Robert is the lockmaster at the St Lucie Lock. He will brief us on how the locks function and what it takes to keep boat traffic flowing on the Okeechobee Waterway. Of course we'll also have updates on all the upcoming cruising, racing, and social events.
