Sonars:

The SLSC Race Management Committee (RMC) invites Sonars  to participate in SLSC races under the following conditions:

1. That Sonar Skippers become members of the club.
2. That Sonars sail as a separate class, i.e., with separate podium positions and trophies. 
3. That the RMC will periodically re-evaluate the decision to treat the Sonars as a separate class based on data collected on the relative performance of the Sonars and the club's Cruising fleet.
